Caroline Lopes
Caroline Lopes est une artiste plasticienne française, d’un père portugais. Née en 1990 au Blanc Mesnil, elle vit et travaille aujourd’hui à Survilliers, dans le 95.
Issue d’un engagement pour la paix à travers le Bouddhisme de Nichiren Daishonin, passionnée par le chamanisme et formée à la joaillerie, elle réalise ses premières œuvres dans son appartement à Paris.
L’artiste trouve finalement un terrain d’expression adéquat naturellement : la mosaïque de papier. C’est à partir de cette année 2023 qu’elle commence à exposer. L’envie de consacrer sa vie à son art s’impose.
Mouvements et matières sont ses maîtres mots pour un rendu vivant et l’espère inspirant. Pour cela, elle utilise plusieurs supports d’impression tels que le PVC, du petit au grand format, mais aussi le T-shirt, le sac et la carte postale.
Elle a exposé au Centre Culturel de la ville d’Othis au mois de mars 2023 et présente actuellement une mini exposition : cartes postales encadrées et exposées à La Résidence L’écluse au 4, rue du Parc Éragny sur Oise.
Aujourd’hui, dans son atelier, elle fait vivre et compose ses mosaïques. L’humanisme reste sa préoccupation principale, elle cherche à utiliser son style graphique unique pour transmettre son idéal.
Caroline Lopes is a French visual artist, whose father is Portuguese. Born in 1990 in Le Blanc Mesnil, she lives and works today in Survilliers, in the 95 region of Paris.
Born out of a commitment to peace through the Buddhism of Nichiren Daishonin, passionate about shamanism and trained in jewelry, she created her first works in her apartment in Paris.
The artist finally finds a suitable field of expression naturally: the paper mosaic. It is from this year 2023 that she begins to exhibit. The desire to devote her life to her art is imposed.
Movements and materials are her key words for a lively and hopefully inspiring rendering. For this, she uses several printing media such as PVC, from small to large format, but also the T-shirt, the bag and the postcard.
She exhibited at the Cultural Center of the city of Othis in March 2023 and is currently presenting a mini exhibition: framed postcards and exhibited at La Résidence L'écluse at 4, rue du Parc Éragny sur Oise.
Today, in her workshop, she makes live and compose her mosaics. Humanism remains her main concern, she seeks to use her unique graphic style to transmit her ideal.
